- 2 hours of posture tracking a day
- Basic posture alerts
- Last 7 days of history
When you get lost in your work and your head starts to drop, the AirPods in your ears notice, and your Mac gives you a quiet nudge.
9 hours a day,
sitting at your screen.
How it works
Connect motion-capable AirPods to your Mac. No sensors to stick on, no webcam to leave running.
Sit up comfortably for five seconds. Your own good posture becomes the baseline, not someone else’s average angle.
You’ll only hear from it when your head stays lower than your baseline. Your history stays on your Mac.
Features
If you keep slouching, one short sentence appears at the bottom of your screen. It won’t cover your windows or break your flow with a sound, and you can snooze it in one click.

Close the window and it’s still in your menu bar. Your current posture, today’s tracked time, and your next break, all at a glance.

If you’ve been sitting a long time, it gives you a heads-up before your break and walks you through a short neck and shoulder stretch.
Today’s timeline and score, plus a calendar by date, show you when you tend to slouch.
Scores and times shown are examples.

Pricing

A Mac running macOS 14 or later and AirPods that support headphone motion (AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation) or later, AirPods Max, and more). Connect your AirPods to your Mac, calibrate your upright posture for 5 seconds, and you’re ready to go.
No. SlouchWatch only uses the head tilt data your AirPods provide. It never takes photos or video, and your posture history is stored only on your Mac.
No. It estimates when your posture is getting worse from how far your head has tilted compared with your baseline. It doesn’t measure your actual CVA (craniovertebral angle) or diagnose or treat any condition. It’s a tool to help you notice your own posture throughout the day.
Free includes 2 hours of posture tracking a day, basic posture alerts, and the last 7 days of history. Pro removes the tracking limit and adds your full history, the screen-edge warning color, and alert settings.
